Refunds

Deposits are generally non-refundable, as they are used to secure reservations with third-party suppliers.
Refund eligibility is determined by the supplier’s individual terms (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.).
If a supplier allows a refund, it will be processed less any non-recoverable fees, including planning fees and transaction costs.

Non-Refundable Deposits

Most deposits are non-refundable once submitted.
Certain trips may allow partial or full deposit refunds only if the supplier’s policy permits it.
Roamwell Travel Co. does not control supplier refund decisions.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Change fees may apply depending on the supplier.
Name changes, date changes, or itinerary adjustments are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

Travel Insurance Disclaimer-

Roamwell Travel Co. highly recommends purchasing travel insurance. Insurance may cover cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances. Without insurance, you assume full financial responsibility for any losses.

Force Majeure-
Roamwell Travel Co. is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, airline schedule changes, pandemics, government restrictions, or acts of God. Refunds in these cases are subject to supplier policies.

Acceptance of Policies-
By submitting payment or engaging Roamwell Travel Co. for travel planning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all company policies.
